Today I touch on the O of the GOLD Standard, Offer Service, and what it can look like on our jobsite.

It’s taken many years to get to the place where our teammates and trades partners catch the vision and align with our core values.

Truth be told, I didn’t always have a cool, memorable acronym to convey these values. Heck, I didn’t even know how to communicate them properly. I just tried to live them out and hope people would follow suit.

Fast forward to the present…our teammates hear me reinforce these values all the time and our trades partners know them as well. Each person is expected to carry out these values in the way they communicate, solve problems, and care for our clients’ homes.

Aside of flooring, another coat of exterior paint takes front and center, while carefully protecting the newly installed breeze block.

The homeowners picked an exterior color by Sherwin-Williams called Urban Bronze. The color choice delivers a quiet, earthy message that will have a rich, staying power for years to come. This home is wrapping up nicely with a fresh nostalgic structure that will bypass all of the quick and fleeting trends.
