This is the gas vent for the furnace. Its job is to safely carry combustion gases—including carbon monoxide—out of your home.

Great review from rita... "Oh my goodness ! We could not be more pleased with Adam Visbeen at Phoenix roofing ! He came highly recommended from our neighbor who had used Phoenix roofing one year earlier . We had a terrible hail storm and Adam came to check on my neighbors new roof and offered to check all of the neighbors . Luckily for us we were able to have Adam come and check our roof and gutters and we had sustained a lot of damage in the hail storm.
we also had two other roofing companies come and inspect our roof . They were good but not to the extent of phoenix roofing ! We chose Adam and phoenix roofing based on his knowledge and the products they offered . We felt taken care of like we were family .
Adam helped navigate us through the entire process , sat down with us to explain and show pics of the damaged roof and gutters . Walked us through the entire process working with the insurance company and explained point by point the highly complex insurance claim .
