We’re excited to announce the opening of Lupo Notte, our first ground-up restaurant, slated to open at our flagship mixed-use community, Vertis Green Hills, later this summer.
Lupo Notte will complement Nashville’s culinary reputation by offering elevated Italian favorites, including house-made pasta, pizzas, daily specials, and entrees featuring locally sourced ingredients. The restaurant’s launch represents a strategic evolution of the company’s long-standing commitment to placemaking and curated experiences.
Designed by the renowned Nashville-based firm, HASTINGS Architecture, in collaboration with SLC’s award-winning in-house design team, the stunning space features natural light and refined contemporary decor. At just under 3,100 square feet of dining space, Lupo Notte's expansive interior includes an open kitchen and a full-service bar, providing 110 indoor seats and an additional 30 for outdoor dining.
Lupo Notte was conceived and developed by Southern Land Company Founder and CEO Tim Downey, along with restaurant veterans Executive Vice President of Hospitality Alex Cauchon and Senior Director of Culinary Paul Sale. With over 25 years of experience, Cauchon conducted extensive market research to develop Lupo Notte’s menu, including exploring leading Italian and pizza culinary destinations in New York City and across the country.
