We’re excited to announce the opening of Lupo Notte, our first ground-up restaurant, slated to open at our flagship mixed-use community, Vertis Green Hills, later this summer.

Lupo Notte will complement Nashville’s culinary reputation by offering elevated Italian favorites, including house-made pasta, pizzas, daily specials, and entrees featuring locally sourced ingredients. The restaurant’s launch represents a strategic evolution of the company’s long-standing commitment to placemaking and curated experiences.

Designed by the renowned Nashville-based firm, HASTINGS Architecture, in collaboration with SLC’s award-winning in-house design team, the stunning space features natural light and refined contemporary decor. At just under 3,100 square feet of dining space, Lupo Notte's expansive interior includes an open kitchen and a full-service bar, providing 110 indoor seats and an additional 30 for outdoor dining.

Lupo Notte was conceived and developed by Southern Land Company Founder and CEO Tim Downey, along with restaurant veterans Executive Vice President of Hospitality Alex Cauchon and Senior Director of Culinary Paul Sale. With over 25 years of experience, Cauchon conducted extensive market research to develop Lupo Notte’s menu, including exploring leading Italian and pizza culinary destinations in New York City and across the country.

The success of our communities starts with the residents who choose to call them home. That rings especially true at Westhaven, our award-winning master-planned community in Franklin, Tennessee.

Last week, members of our team gathered with some of the original homeowners at Westhaven to mark the unveiling of two new plaques in the neighborhood's Founders' Square: one capturing our founder and CEO Tim Downey's vision for this community, and the other honoring the 100 founding families who believed in that vision before it ever took shape.

Preleasing is underway at Gemma, our three-building mixed-use community in the 18b Arts District, and Bria, our mid-rise multifamily community in Symphony Park—with Capella, our new mixed-use high-rise, preparing for preleasing later this year.

Southern Land Company is bringing three distinct luxury communities to Downtown Las Vegas, answering real demand for elevated rental options in previously underserved areas of the city.

Last week, we partnered with to celebrate the official unveiling of a new mural, “The Collective Ours of Time,” located on the side of , a 12-story, 329-unit mixed-use community located at 416 Spring Garden Street in Northern Liberties. Renowned artist Scott Albrecht conceptualized and produced the mural using house paint. Albrecht’s artwork employs typographic elements to engage viewers and emphasize visual connections to literary concepts.

Scott’s talent and creativity brought the 5th Street façade of The Alcott to life. We are proud that this original work of art will add to Northern Liberties’ visual and cultural identity for years to come.

For more than a decade, SLC has been helping shape Philadelphia’s residential landscape, delivering over 1,000 residential units across the city. Starting in 2015 with Market 3601, our portfolio has since grown to include landmark projects such as The Laurel, 1909 Rittenhouse, and Josephine in Center City — another exciting addition to the city’s evolving skyline.

On April 10 and 11, neighbors came together for the first-ever Rally for Alzheimer’s Pickleball Tournament and the sixth annual Westhaven 5K Memory Run—raising more than $20,000 in registration fees and donations for the Alzheimer’s Association Tennessee Chapter.
