Through constant communication with—and feedback from—clients, builders, and other team members, we operate a studio-style environment that embraces an open-minded, organic, and collaborative design process.

Interior renovations? Yeah, we do those 😉

Additions & new builds are great, but there's something so satisfying about reconfiguring a vast & underutilized open layout so that every square inch finds a purpose. In collaboration with Monarch Lane Interiors, our biggest design puzzle to solve was its scale. By rethinking the flow and creating distinct focal points, we gave this 25-year-old home's main level an entirely new identity. Now, every space feels connected without getting lost.

May is National Trust for Historic Preservation Preservation Month 🎉 To celebrate, we're showcasing this recently-completed late-1800's Folk Victorian "jewel box," for which we provided architectural design services. This addition/renovation was truly a labor of love, and it will forever be one of our favorite historic projects.

This home was also nominated for the 2026 Metro Nashville Historical Commission 50th Annual Preservation Awards. Although we didn't win our respective category, it was an honor being nominated among some of Nashville's best examples of historic preservation.

Can you spot the addition? 🔍

What better way to manifest pool season than to highlight one of our recently-completed pool house / ADU designs?! The ultimate goal for this large addition, beyond adding fun & functional space for a young family, was 'seamless integration.' We feel this project effortlessly blends new with existing, giving everything a cohesive look & feel.

The new wing's main level serves as the ultimate pool house, featuring a large Flex Room with fireplace, kitchenette, and Pool Bath for easy, all-season indoor & outdoor living. Upstairs is a private Guest Suite with luxurious Bathroom & Walk-In Closet, along with a dedicated Exercise Room overlooking the pool & yard.

Welcome to the dreamiest, most perfectly-restored & expanded historic renovation 🤌🏻

This stunning late-1800's Folk Victorian "jewel box" was more than just a glow-up. We diligently worked to refresh the existing home's aesthetics, while simultaneously adding luxury amenities and improving daily livability. Over 1,500sf of thoughtfully-designed space was added, blending historic charm with modern living.

We will soon share MUCH more on this project, including highlights of our collaboration with the homeowner, contractor, interior designer, and Historic Commission!
