Work freezer has been restocked - Round 4 for this summer! It's been HOT out there! We have had over 90 days with a temperature of 90+ degrees so far this summer. I believe the all-time record for Nashville is 99 days... we might beat it this summer!

It's a blessing to be able to provide a cold treat for our team members to help them cool off after being in the heat. Plus, it just always feels good to feed people!

Alex is our Employee of the Month for July 2026! 🔥💪

Alex joined our work family a little over three years ago in May 2022 after moving his family from El Salvador.

He started with zero HVAC experience! Alex actually obtained multiple college degrees in El Salvador, with experience in accounting.

Since joining our team, Alex has worked hard to learn English, he is a pastor and started a church, and has become a skilled and knowledgeable HVAC installer. He is also a devoted and faithful family man.
