My team and I just finished the paint job so now it time..
Gardner Construction new headquarters is now completed in Naugatuck. We are set up to better serve our customers, day to day operation has been so much more efficient. Shop, office and equipment all on 1 site in the heart of town, gas station 1 minute down hill, close to highways and the team and I all live local.. It has been a full team effort to get this done as fast as we did to not not effect serving our customers.. early mornings and late nights under high beams..lol I want to thank everyone that has helped me on this journey. Much appreciated. We are all moving forward together.

More Happy customers!! 2 weeks start to finish. Brought this bathroom back to life up to date. Relocated the plumbing off of out side wall, Full Shluter shower system with kerdi drain. Custom Tile work floor to ceiling with Panasonic whisper quiet fan / light combo directly in shower.
Detra tile underlayment on floor with 1x2 tiles
Cabinets installed for makeup area and storage

Quick turnaround 4 days start to finish. The old shower not installed properly, grout looking terrible , joints different sizes and cracks. The customer hated the results from the previous installer..

Gutted, installed new shower mixing valve, shluter waterproofing system, new tile, bench and door.

28 x 16 Addition custom built to the needs of our customers. 10 ft ceilings with Truss roof system to add 2nd floor space.
3 weeks from start of framing to primer on walls. Building put on Piers to keep costs down and not destroy the property with heavy equipment, yard left in great shape! Looks like it was it was always there..

Great job for really good people!! Customers treating my team and I unbelievably! Job went extremely smooth.

Ripped out old 90s Tub and built a modern custom wall in shower. Full Shluter waterproofing system, 24 hour flood tested pan to ensure quality for years to come. Customers did a great job picking out quality materials that look great and my team had a nice clean install. Couldn't ask for anything better!
