Just another 220 ft of privacy fence. Happy customer and going to be a repeat customer.

Finish up another room for a return customer. I'm doing this house in section so many more chapters to come. Removed popcorn ceiling, smoothed them and painted. Also skim coat on all walls, sanded smooth. Primer and 2 coats of paint.(Evergreen Fog). Installed some new baseboard and trim, with some waines coating. Sanded primed and 2 coats of paint.

Part 2. Finished product!

It's been an ongoing project and still going but this room is just amazing. Skimcoat all walls to smooth them out, primed and painted 2 coats on Everything. This is before. After will be next post.

Built a platform for the customer to put a greenhouse on. And a deck flush with the ground for him to put plants on. Also fixed some of the irrigation. Partnered with Apex Handyman Services. Always a happy customer
