About Time Home Repair, LLC is a small family run business celebrating over 20 years in business in the Lehigh Valley. Starting out in small home repairs, About Time has expanded into Kitchen and Bathroom renovations. We have built our reputation with our clients and vendors with honesty, respect, and treating each as we would like to be treated. We take great pride in our work and we treat our customers and employees like they are family. It is time for us to expand our teams to keep up with our loyal customer requests. About Time Home Repair, LLC, is seeking two full-time Assistant Kitchen & Bathroom Remodelers. We are looking for the right person(s) who thrives in a team setting, is comfortable in working on smaller projects on their own and takes pride in their work. We are willing to train if you are willing to learn.

Responsibilities:

Keep the job site, trailer, trucks, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
Assist Lead Kitchen & Bathroom Remodeler with the project at hand.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Experience/Skills:

Ability to read a tape measure and do simple mathematics.
Ability to listen, understand, and follow verbal and written direction.
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools a plus.
Ability to clean and keep clean all required equipment and tools.
Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift and pivot carrying 50 pounds.
Must be able to go up and down stairs.
Be able to stand, bend, squat, twist, turn and reach.
Requirements:

Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must be reliable and punctual.
Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
Must be able to work weekends and after 5:00 PM if and when needed.
Must be 18 years or older.
Must be able to wash and scrub tools and materials, with soap and water, Windex, spray cleaners, and wipe them down with paper towels.

About Time Home Repair, LLC, is seeking two (2) motivated and skilled full-time Lead Kitchen & Bathroom Remodelers. It is time for us to expand our teams to keep up with our loyal customer requests. We believe and practice in employee safety, excellent customer service, and that employees along with customers are family.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Manage and be lead remodeler in kitchen and/or bathroom renovation project from start to finish.
• Maintain a safe and professional work site.
• Follow plans and/or blueprints to pass code inspections.
• Perform demolition, reconstruction, installation, and other items needed to complete project.
• Problem solves and/or presents alternative solutions.
• Responsible for Kitchen & Bathroom Remodel Helper and other associates that come onsite.
• Provide adequate communication with customers keeping them informed of schedules and daily expectations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Experience/Skills:
• Ability to lay out a project, read and understand project plans and schematics.
• Framing.
• Drywall.
• Painting.
• Electrical.
• Plumbing.
• Tile work including tile flooring.
• Shower pan installation using mortar beds and shower pans.
• Glass door installation.
• Crown, base and case molding installation.
• Kitchen cabinet installation.
• Appliance installation.
• Pre-hung doors installation.
• Insulation installation.
• Replacement window experience.
• Exterior siding and aluminum wrapping experience.

Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to lift and pivot carrying 50 pounds.
• Must be able to go up and down stairs.
• Be able to stand, bend, squat, twist, turn and reach.

Requirements:
• 10-15 years' experience in kitchen and bathroom renovations.
• Ability to always maintain professional behavior.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be able to work after 5:00 PM and on weekends when rarely needed.

About Time Home Repair, established in January 2010 by Robert Stanke, is a unique company that brings solid construction and user-friendly designs to your project. We have tried to make the renovating process as simple as possible, by boiling it down to three steps for our clients. Step one, say yes, you will hire us! Step two, pick your colors and materials (the fun part). Step three, sign the checks. About Time takes care of everything else. Painlessly simple. Currently we are trying to simplify this even more with the incorporation of our new inhouse designer.

We treat each customer as if they were part our own family all the way down to your furry kids. Safety and our client’s satisfaction are always our top priorities.
