We bought this property in November 2011 and were looking into putting a mobile home on the lot, after looking into it mobile + intrest would have put us in the hole for 30yrs and owing over $120K, to some it may not seem much because its split by 30yrs, the purpose was so that we wouldn't be in debt. Randy came at me one night and said "babe lets build a house" of course me I laughed and said "ye
ah Ok" will I honestly did not take him serious, then I notice he started reading up on how to build a house and started showing me a few blue prints and asked me what floor plan I would like, next thing you know we're building a house.. We started building in April 2012 and now were only a few months away from move in & 100% debt free..Since the birth of our 1st son he has always told me "By the time I turn 30 I would want to have a paid off house" and he pretty much accomplished his goal, and I'm super proud of him, to have a man in our life who sets goals for us and make sure we go through with them and who is always looking out for the best interest of our family..This house we build for them our kids, after living in apartments for the past 10yrs they are finally going to have much yard to run around in and their 1st pet, a dog something they have always asked for. I want to say THANK YOU to everyone who helped us over the past years to build our beautiful country home..thank you for taking time out of yall lives to help us make our dream home come true..yall will always have a place to crash/chill at when ever yall need it. I would start naming people but its to many and I don't want to leave anyone out. For those looking to build a house of their own, its possible it may be time consuming, frustrating, take a good amount of cash,give you back problems along with sore muscles, cant take vacas like you would like, a lot of hard work, a few trips to the emergency room ect, but in the end it will be all worth it..I am super blessed to have been able to build this house along my future hubby side for our kids. So when they grow up they can say "our parents build this house wit their own hands" and most importantly they will always have a place to call home, a home we built out of love just for them..I'm looking forward to feeling this home with a lot of memories that we all can cherish and carry with us always..
