This is the first of two VGC Investment projects. We are off to a great start on this one, with most of the demo completed. This house will get new windows, new kitchen, new bathroom, new flooring. new furnace, new AC , new front door, and new paint inside and out. It was built in the 1930s and it has great bones ,a full walk out basement ,and a big lot in a nice neighborhood.
Depending on improvements made this baby will be ready for purchase around the end of March in the $160k range.

Removed two walls to open the floor plan of this 1930s house. mudding those newly created seams and making the ceiling blend together "like in never happen" can be tricky, but we've done it many times at VGC

The Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning at the George A. Murrell Memorial Library. We are excited to be a part of this new project at MVC. Mostly demolition this week.

We got to add a small contribution to the finishing phase of this beautiful new nursing school at Missouri Valley College. We mounted and installed various types of medical training equipment on the walls. This was a fun and interesting little job. We love to be involved in these kind of projects, even in a small way. VGC has openings in the schedule Oct/Nov
