Existing security measures in place throughout America often involve a late response using lethal force. Every minute of responding to a dangerous threat counts to save lives of innocent bystanders, officers, as well as the perpetrator.

Active shooters or threatening situations commonly have a delayed response from security or law enforcement officers. We plan to save lives by completely isolating the threat as soon as it arises by capturing the threat and controlling, if necessary, with an electrical non-lethal shock. CASS is adding ShockNet’s technology to drones to allow the most instantaneous response when the need arises.
