We came across a problem with these new cabinets. The drawer wouldn’t open because of the oven door. With a little ingenuity and some luck, we were able to modify this drawer so it would open.

Helped a good friend of ours who was having a hard time getting in and out of their tub. We installed this step-through cutout in their existing tub. Problem solved!

Water, when turned to ice, can do some incredible damage, especially if footings aren’t properly designed for the application. This customer had his lakeside deck pushed up by the forces of a compression ridge that formed on the lake in front of his property. We found that the pilings were only 36” deep, insufficient for this location.

We set new helical piers in place to a depth of 7’ and reconstructed the deck. It’s so level now that a marble wouldn’t roll away. All set for him to attach his boat dock, just in time for the Memorial Day weekend.
