Today, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. Their courage, dedication, and selflessness will never be forgotten.

As a veteran-owned business, this day holds a special meaning for us. Owners Dave Varner, Mitch Rawlings and the entire Varner & Rawlings family would like to extend our deepest gratitude to every soldier, veteran, and military family for the sacrifices you have made for our freedom.

Today, our girls spent the day cooking, decorating, and grilling out for all of our hardworking employees as a small way to show appreciation for the people who help keep our business running every day. We are truly blessed with an amazing team and community.

Courtney - HR Administrator/Office Manager
Courtney keeps the office running like clockwork, making sure every scheduling and accounting detail, customer call, and service request is handled efficiently and professionally. She is the friendly voice customers hear first and the organized force behind the scenes, ensuring that the team can focus on delivering top-notch heating and air service. In her role, Courtney takes pride in creating a smooth, seamless experience for every customer while supporting the team with her organizational skills, problem solving, and positive attitude.

Andy - General Manager
Andy oversees the day-to-day operations, all while making sure every customer gets reliable, great quality, and friendly service.

Matt - Installation Manager
With over a decade of experience, Matt leads the team with expertise and attention to detail.

Jim - Service Manager
Jim manages service operations with a focus on efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
