I am a licensed Insurance Adjuster, I've been certified to install products such as; TAMKO, Malarkey, Owen Corning, Certain
teed, just to name a few. Having rental properties you became acquainted with repairs and remodeling work, I have learned many trades from working along different knowledgeable tradesman in the construction industry as a whole. I have gained insight as an investor and doing my own pre purchase home inspections, I understand the importance of property maintenance, quality work and long-term value. My experience spans everything from installing and repairing roofs, to handyman work, remodels, lawn care, and property upkeep—giving me a well-rounded understanding of what it takes to maintain existing homes and those beginning from the ground up. My wife is a Broker-Realtor and has over 20 years experience in the real estate industry. This has sharpened my eye for detail and market value, allowing me to understand the value of each project and how it will benefit a homeowner down the road.
