Neighbors, check out our revitalized hardwoods! After 12 years of wear and tear from kids and the dog we considered either having the floors sanded or replaced.
Fellow UC neighbor, Shane Lyell, recently gained ownership of Mr. Sandless flooring system and offered another option.
He refinished the hardwoods without the mess of sanding for a fraction of the cost (approx 75% less than sanding). The floors are back to their original color, the minor blemishes are gone, and the major blemishes blend into the wood.
We essentially bought another 5-7 years before we need to make a major decision on our floors. Stacy and I would highly recommend this option for your floors too. Feel free to swing by and check out our floors. Thank you, Shane!
