Personally doing licenced and insured(when necessary) side work,, the benifits of this for the customer is getting insured and licenced work,quality craftsmanship with my name attached to it, without the up charges related to establishing the business and overhead attached to that .I am taking it all very slowly I work full time and am welcoming another member of the family in December so I have no longing of jumping out on my own again . But I do have a team actively working jobs while i work mine ..this isnt an advertisement per-say but ......
even large construction projects ,i have a collective of subcontractors licensed in all respective fields, with strong relationships able to provide high caliber work for good fair rates,(due to it being done on the side),still insured under my policy when under my supervision ..making no job to big for our organization,and the ability to accept alternative payment methods when needed. This enables those held back by liquidity limitations to still improve there living conditions ,Need a new central air unit but don't want to get taken to the cleaners ??
