🌟 Meet the Maker: Donnie Jones | Glass Line Supervisor
For the past 13 years, Donnie has helped keep one of the most important parts of our operation running smoothly as Glass Line Supervisor. Every day brings a new challenge, and that's exactly what he enjoys most.
“My job is a big puzzle every day. Everything is different. There's nothing the same, breakdowns, production, it's one big puzzle to figure out.”
When it comes to his favorite part of the product, there's no hesitation.
“I love our glass. That's why I went back to glass after working on other lines. Our glass is top of the line and our production is top of the line.”
Over the years, Donnie has seen Vinyl Kraft grow in more ways than one.
“When I first started here, the company was still trying to figure things out. We've come a long way. We're taking care of our employees and growing as a company every day."
The teamwork is another thing that stands out to him.
“All the supervisors have each other's backs. If we need something, everyone is willing to jump in and help.”
