Another deck wrapped up! Another happy customer!

Started this job by demo'ing the old fence and doing some dirt/grading work to address some drainage issues in the back. Then we set metal posts and built right about 200 linear feet of pressure treated privacy fence, extending one side about 30 ft past where the original fence was. Fought the mud and a little rain but we got it done!

Almost forgot about this fence extension on a new home from earlier this week.

Alot of builders have the front facing fence close to the back corner of the house. This is simply another way for them to cut cost and build less footage. Ive had quite a few customers reach out and want to extend theirs forward so their kiddos bedroom windows aren't so easily accessible from anyone who happens to be walking by.
