Fence Line Extension Complete ✔️

This project involved extending and relocating the fence line to align with the neighboring property, creating a cleaner layout and maximizing the usable backyard space.

The existing fence section was removed, the new fence line was laid out, and new posts were installed and secured in concrete. A new pressure-treated privacy fence and gate were then built to follow the natural grade of the yard while maintaining a clean, consistent appearance across the entire run.

By moving the fence line forward to match the neighboring fences, the homeowner gained additional usable yard space while keeping the property secure and maintaining a cohesive look throughout the neighborhood.

What started as an uneven, shifting paver patio is now a clean, low-maintenance outdoor space built for long-term durability and everyday use.

Small details make a big difference.

These porch post bases were starting to rot from constant ground contact and moisture exposure, so we removed the damaged material and installed composite 2x8 base blocks to lift the posts off the concrete and help prevent future rot issues.

To finish everything off, we wrapped the bases with TimberTech composite trim for a clean, durable, low-maintenance look that ties everything together.

We also gave the porch ceiling and posts a fresh new coat of paint to brighten the entire space up and give the front porch a refreshed appearance.

A cleaner look, better protection from moisture, and a solid upgrade to the overall appearance of the home.

Another custom storage project wrapped up.

This bedroom closet was upgraded with a full Elfa closet system installation to maximize organization and functionality while keeping the space clean and modern. We also custom built an access panel for the client’s central vacuum system so everything remains accessible without taking away from the finished look of the closet.

Projects like this are all about combining practicality with clean finish work to create a space that works better for everyday life.

Bringing the full project together 🔥

This started as a sauna kit, but turned into a complete outdoor setup.

I helped finish the assembly of this Redwood Outdoors sauna, making sure everything was properly aligned, sealed, and ready for use. From there, I installed the shingle roof system to protect it long-term and built a custom deck and entry to give it a clean, solid foundation.

It’s not just about putting something together, it’s about making sure it’s built right, protected, and ready to last.

Not every job is about building from the ground up—sometimes it’s about bringing something high-end together the right way.

This 3-person Redwood Outdoors sauna came in as a full assembly project. From unpacking and staging to precision fitting each panel, every step matters to make sure everything is sealed, aligned, and built to perform the way it’s supposed to.

We handled the full assembly and setup, including mounting the heater so electrical could be completed seamlessly.

We reinforced the rear fence line along the railroad tracks to prevent trespassing and improve overall security, while addressing erosion underneath with compacted crushed granite to close gaps and keep critters out.
