Another exciting milestone at Diman Regional Vocational Technical High School in Fall River, MA, as we celebrated the ribbon cutting of this transformative new campus! It was great to tour the school and see the vision come to life as students prepare to begin the school year in a state-of-the-art learning environment.

Designed to expand access to Career and Technical Education for students from Fall River, Somerset, Swansea, and Westport, the new campus will provide innovative spaces that support hands-on learning, workforce development, and future career opportunities.

Thank you to Superintendent Brian Bentley, Massachusetts Secretary Steve Zrike, the Building Committee, the Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA), Colliers, Suffolk Construction, and all project partners whose collaboration and commitment helped make this milestone possible. We're excited for the students, staff, and communities who will benefit from this incredible new facility for years to come.

An exciting morning in Plainville, CT, as we celebrated the groundbreaking for the Middle School of Plainville renovation project! This milestone marks the beginning of a transformative investment in the future of the Plainville community, creating modern learning environments designed to support the next generation of students. The renovate-as-new project will enhance safety, modernize infrastructure, and provide updated educational spaces built for 21st-century learning.

We’re honored to partner with Plainville Community Schools and the Town of Plainville, CT as this vision becomes reality. A special thank you to town leadership, Superintendent Brian Reas, Principal Aimee Roberts, the building committee, Downes Construction Company, and the many project partners whose collaboration and commitment have helped bring this project to this exciting milestone. An exciting day in Easton, MA, as we celebrated the ribbon cutting of the new Fire Station 1, a major milestone within the larger Public Safety and DPW Complex, which is also nearing completion across town. Thank you to the Town of Easton, MA and the Easton Fire Department for their partnership throughout this project, especially Town Administrator Liz Dennehy and Fire Chief Justin Alexander, whose leadership and commitment helped bring this vision to life.
