Last: Marvel in your masterpiece! 🤯👏🤘
This great for a few situations.
-Super indecisive people.
-Landlords just wanting quality updates.
-People who want something super unique.
Why this is beneficial AND generally cheaper. We don't try to use up your budget. We try to beat it.
That being said, sometimes we find very expensive, top shelf items, on sale/clearance/free. Problem is, if there's a plan set in stone, even if the middle shelf materials are more expensive, we can't sub and change the whole plan to benefit you with better matetials, cheaper.
When we're in charge of design, we can take advantage of these deals and pass on the savings.
Next, we do this for a living, you don't tell your mechanic how to change your brakes. They probably know the best way to do it already.
This concept does transfer to remodeling. You may not like a certain little accent piece, or color because it's hard to visualize. However, we may know it'll improve things 10 fold. And this way, we can create design you may not have even known were possible.
