I don’t know how Xfinity is in business
Or
How the hell you people put up with it .
I been trying to change and correct my billing for over 60 days now.
I swear I’m about to just disconnect everything and
Throw it in the middle of the street.
ABSOLUTELY REDICULOUS.
A COUPLE DAYS AGO I THOUGHT I STRAIGHTENED IT ALL OUT. .
I was supposed to get a 200$+ in credit.
Bill was at 500$+ as a result of unwanted services.
With credit should had gone down from there. ….
Even though the amount of credit is not correct and in their favor of about a additional 100 $. I figured I’ll just shut up , not argue and except the credit I got. Simply because IM FKN EXHAUSTED TRYING TO DO THEIR JOB.
TIRED OF THE hours long phone calls and holds.
MENTALLY EXHAUSTED
JUST FKN SOOOOO DONE TRYING.
NOW MY BILL IS OVER 600 $
Credit my as***le.
CHARGING ME FOR S**T I DONT HAVE
THEY ACTUALLY CAME HERE TO FIX EVERYTHING AND TOOK BOXES AND YET THE BILL REMAINS THE SAME.

how can any company operate like this and be in business.
I really thought I knew the definition of STUPID
