Thai Crunch Salad
🥗 Crisp, colorful, and bursting with flavor! 🌶️ Shredded cabbage and fresh veggies tossed in a zesty Thai-inspired dressing. 🥕✨
Ingredients:
4 cups shredded green and purple cabbage
1 cup shredded carrots
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
2 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp honey
1 tsp sriracha (optional)
1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, bell pepper, green onions, and cilantro. 🥗 (3 minutes)
In a small bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, and sriracha until smooth. 🥄 (2 minutes)
Pour dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat. 🍯 (2 minutes)
Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top for extra crunch. 🌰 (1 minute)
Serve immediately or chill for 10 minutes to enhance flavors. ❄️ (10 minutes)
