MEPB Cleaning division had a busy day cleaning a 5000sf home. These are after pics from the 1st floor thus far. Stayed tuned for 2nd floor. We wiped down all walls, baseboards, windows and sills, light fixtures and shined up those floors as well as dusted!!! As always, the #1 comment after sending pics to owners was "wow"....my favorite response!

MEPB Construction Solutions LLC is a pioneer in all aspects of the construction industry and services. My name is Nicole Lambert and I am the Owner of MEPB Construction Solutions LLC.

We have been in the construction field for over six years, just structured under a different name and smaller business structure. We have decided to expand our business structure and take the opportunity to provide additional services and provide our customers with essentially a one stop shop!

MEPB Construction Solutions LLC is fully insured. In addition to providing all the necessary construction knowledge and equipment, we also have exceptional man power!

We still offer, but are not limited to, the following services: EXTERIOR STRUCTURAL FRAMING, INTERIOR FRAMING, DRYWALL HANG AND FINISHING, ACOUSTICAL CEILINGS, INSULATION, TRIM WORK, CEMENT BOARD, MOUNTABLE ITEMS: Surfaced Mounting, Recessed Mounting, DOOR FRAMES, DOORS AND INSTALL HARDWARE, DEMOLITION, RESIDENTIAL REMODELS, ETC,

We recently added our CLEANING DIVISION, which includes, but is not limited to, the following services: RESIDENTIAL CLEANING, COMMERCIAL CLEANING, POST CONSTRUCTION CLEANING, DEBRIS REMOVAL, TRASH OUTS, PRE-LISTING CLEANING AND PRESSURE WASHING.

Finished product. This is another project I am sad to be done with but so thrilled with the results. This is a clean I got called on as they wanted to list the house for sale. I ended up landing new 2nd floor flooring, painting of entire 2nd floor, laundry room and living room on 1st floor, carpet cleaning in three bedrooms, dining room and 1st living room, trash out as the owner was a hoarder, moving items to storage, including a huge grand piano, and final clean. I decided to snazz it up and do one grey accent wall in every room and it turned out amazing. We ended up putting new carpet in the 1st floor living room and dining room as well due to the carpet clean not getting the stains out. Previous posts will show the before. Here are some of the before pics and all of the after photos. I'm so blown away comparing the before and after but again just made me realize why I just love what we do as a company and how we help others transform their homes and the transformation on this one and one to come soon is real!!!

MEPB second project of the week. This home is getting ready to be listed for sale. MEPB is responsible for trash out and moving belongings to storage unit, tearing out carpet and laying vinyl flooring, painting entire home, carpet cleaning and deep clean once done all the other work! We love our choice in paint colors with an accent wall in each room. Finished product pics to come when completed!!

MEPB is staying busy with homes that are being remodeled for future rentals. This particular one is still progressing, however, so far we got demo and drywall done and entire house is being prepped for us to paint tomorrow!! Stay tuned for the finished product!!
