🔹 Job Title: Fencing Foreman
📍 Location: New Fairfield, CT (and surrounding areas)
🕒 Job Type: Full-time (40+ hours per week)
Description:
We are seeking an experienced Fencing Foreman to join our growing team. The right candidate will have hands-on experience leading fencing installations and managing crew operations on-site.
Responsibilities:
Lead and work alongside a fencing crew on residential and commercial projects.
Ensure quality workmanship, efficiency, and safety on all job sites.
Coordinate materials, tools, and daily work schedules.
Communicate effectively with customers and team members
Requirements:
Fencing experience required (wood, vinyl, chain link, aluminum, etc.)
Must speak English (Spanish is a plus)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Strong leadership and communication skills
Compensation:
Pay is based on experience. Overtime available.
🔹 Job Title: Fencing Laborer
📍 Location: New Fairfield, CT (and surrounding areas)
🕒 Job Type: Full-time (40+ hours per week)
Description:
We are hiring a Fencing Laborer to assist with fence installations and related outdoor work. Experience is helpful but not required — we’re willing to train motivated individuals who are ready to work hard and learn a trade.
Responsibilities:
Assist foreman and crew with fence installation, digging, mixing concrete, and site cleanup
Load and unload materials and tools
Follow directions and maintain safe work habits on-site
Requirements:
Experience in fencing or construction preferred (but not required)
Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Compensation:
Hourly pay based on experience; 40+ hours per week with potential overtime.
