My name is Chris Schreck (“Shrek,” like the movie). I’m originally from Hudson, Florida—just north of Tampa—where I lived for over 20 years. In September 2024, Hurricane Helene brought devastating floods, destroying both my home and my mom’s with up to 3 feet of saltwater. After that experience, I decided it was time for a fresh start. I sold what was left, relocated my mom inland, and moved to an

area I’ve always loved visiting—here and nearby Chincoteague, VA. Starting over has been both a challenge and a blessing. I work with a team of professionals with decades of combined experience in wildlife management and habitat restoration. Our mission is to help communities, landowners, and organizations restore and sustain healthy ecosystems through expert planning, proven conservation practices, and high-quality native materials.
