🏢Professional Background:
I have always enjoyed working in the construction and manufacturing industries. I chose to pursue a career with Croell because of its long-standing reputation and the growth opportunities it provides.
My career began many years ago as a Warehouse Specialist. When an opportunity arose in Procurement, I embraced the challenge and have never looked back. What I enjoy most about my role as a manager is the opportunity to work alongside and support an outstanding team every day.
💪Leadership and Work Style:
I would describe my leadership style as fair, honest, and transparent. I believe in maintaining open communication with all team members and fostering an environment where everyone feels comfortable sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns.
I practice an open-door policy and encourage my team to contribute their perspectives. Recognizing there is often more than one way to accomplish a task, and some of the best solutions come from collaboration and a willingness to consider new approaches.
I also believe in leading by example and would never ask a team member to do something I would not do myself or have not done in the past. Building trust starts with integrity, honesty, and treating others with the same respect and consideration that I expect in return.
🚒Fun and Personal:
A fun fact about me is that I’m originally from Alabama, but I’m not an Alabama football fan. I proudly cheer for Auburn University—War Eagle!
Before entering my current field, I had an interest in law enforcement and the opportunities it provides to serve and support communities.
Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, spending time with friends, and making memories with my family.

I enjoy being a part of the team at Croell and take pride in contributing to the company's success. There are opportunities for continued professional growth, skill development and career advancement within the organization.
