Another successful lift! The entire structure was loaded on this staircase and the support was failing. This had the potential to collapse the entire house.

We got this jacked back up and put in a monster beam to carry all that load.

When i got called out to this project it was shut down with Stop Work Orders all over it, the previous contractor was facing stiff fines and litagation. We spent a week working through red tape before we could even come up with a plan to save it. The pressure from the county and the atmosphere would steer most companies away from this.

Something about the homeowners and their situation kept me involved, so challenge accepted and I would call it a success!

Weve obtained a lifelong customer and more projects are in the pipeline 💪

This build really showcased our well rounded skill set.

We tore out the crumbling basement wall and rebuilt it from the foundation up ☝️

We also replaced the Main Structural beam that supports this two story structure and the floor joists on the 1st level.

The to do list on this project was extensive but we were able to get it knocked out and completed on schedule 👌
