Interested in becoming an Accredited Organic Land Care Professional? Registration for both our August and November accreditation courses is currently open. (For those interested in a winter accreditation, our February 2027 course is also open for registration.)

Our online, asynchronous accreditation courses generally begin on the first day of the session's named month. The accreditation exam is given about 6 weeks after the start of the course. For example, the February course starts on or about February 1 and ends on or about March 15th. Course work should be completed in this timeframe.

The Organic Land Care mission encompasses a range of services, such as regular updates to our Standards for Organic Land Care, revisions and additions to our land care accreditation courses, development of new partnerships, and more. If you believe that the growth of organic land care services - free of synthetic pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers - is important, and if you'd like to help support that mission, we offer two ways to do so. CT NOFA is offering two sessions of their Soil Health, 3-Ways course, one in July and one in September. This course covers the three main properties of soil – physical, chemical, and biological – in the lead-up to an in-person, practical application class. This 4-class course is intended for both commercial farmers and home gardeners to help them work with nature to produce healthy plants and nutrient-dense food.

Either session of the course confers 4 CEUs for AOLCPs.
