PROMOTED TO ASSOCIATE PRINCIPAL
BRIAN STANCAVAGE, AIA, CDT has been a driving force in Svigals + Partners' robust quality assurance and quality control program since joining the firm in 2016. His strategic leadership ensures all outgoing products consistently meet and/or exceed stringent quality standards, earning unwavering trust from colleagues and clients alike. Brian fortifies this expertise through on-going training, recently acquiring CDT certification, and mentorship. Noted for his easy-going style, Brian manages to model kindness while instilling a culture of precision and excellence throughout the organization.
CHERYL HART came to Svigals + Partners in 2019 from New York, a newcomer to the AEC industry. With years of experience in both residential interior design and advertising, Cheryl immersed herself bringing a fresh and strategic perspective to positioning, branding, and business development. Driven by the belief "you never finish making it great, you just run out of time," Cheryl tirelessly works to bring structure to our growth efforts and elevate Svigals' communications both inside the office and for the world at large.
PROMOTED TO ASSOCIATE
DEBBIE FERRELL has been with Svigals + Partners for 14 years and has filled several roles within the organization from office manager to finance and beyond. Her dedication, organization, and expertise has made her an integral figure in the success of the business. In addition to daily financial management, she trains staff on the firm's CRM and financial management tools. Beyond her technical role, she is also a mentor and leader for interoffice initiatives and staff development.
APRIL GADDIS, AIA, NCARB joined Svigals + Partners in 2016, passing her ARE exams to become a licensed architect earlier this year. Noted for her professionalism with peers and clients alike, April has been highly effective on projects such as CCSU Barnard Hall, Technolutions, and Yale Child Study Center. She is a dedicated self-starter both in the office and in the industry, passionately advancing initiatives ranging from office facilities, Emerging Professionals, code stewardship, and ACE mentoring.
Since joining Svigals + Partners in 2022, BRYAN MOORE has embodied the enthusiasm, presence, and positivity Svigals seeks to cultivate. A leader and role model, he takes pride in encouraging ambition and success throughout the office. He is an exemplary ambassador for our firm, inside and outside the office, as demonstrated through his demeaner and rapport with clients, membership in industry associations such as Connecticut Building Congress and Friends of NOMAct, and as a co-leader of Svigals' Emerging Professionals group.
