Job Title: Certified HVAC Service Technician (Experienced)
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Job Type: Full-Time, On-call availability is required, with occasional weekend and evening shifts.
Compensation: Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience, including 401k, paid time off (PTO), some medical benefits, and holiday pay.

Responsibilities
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and/or commercial HVAC systems
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections
• Troubleshoot system issues efficiently and accurately
• Communicate clearly with customers about services and recommendations
• Maintain proper documentation of work completed
• Follow all safety guidelines and industry standards

Requirements
• Valid HVAC certification (EPA certification required)
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on HVAC experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Professional attitude and strong customer service skills

Preferred (Not Required)
• Experience with both residential and commercial systems
• NATE certification or additional credentials
• Knowledge of newer smart HVAC technologies
