Here is where we went in to a vented crawlspace and the ducts were sweating. The floor joists were even starting to accumulate a wood fungus. We removed all the existing fiberglass insulation, treated the fungus, installed a 20mil v***r barrier, and wrapped the cmu piers. Then we used R10 foam board insulation on the foundation walls and installed Apprilaire dehumidification system.
This home is now saved from the mold and fungus taking over underneath. And the family saved from becoming sick due to the mold and fungus.
