NEW TERMS FOR 2022 HAVE BEN SENT OUT
New 2022 Retail and Distributor terms will be emailed and mailed out to all of our customers. Please note that there are only a few changes in our 2022 terms. The changes will include a new sample policy for 2022; as well as, new delivery rates for the customers we deliver to. There will be a minimum $25.00 delivery charge for all orders we deliver. If it is more cost affective to send the order(s) out via UPS, we will do so. If you have not received your 2022 terms, please email us at [email protected]
IMPORTANT NOTICE!
10% SURCHARGE GOES IN EFFECT JANUARY 1ST 2022
Our company as well as all company’s around the globe have experienced continual increases in freight & operating costs. Because of the continued increase in freight costs, we have been forced to increase our November 5% surcharge to 10%. The cost to move containers from our suppliers to our warehouse has continued to increase. Hopefully ocean freight rates will decrease in the up coming months. Currently we are all experiencing inflation at levels never seen in our life time.
In efforts to remain a viable and valued supplier to our customers, On January 1st, 2022, we will be implementing a new surcharge of 10% on your orders. We will do so until we can foresee some stabilization in freight costs. Until then, we will monitor our costs on a monthly basis and adjust as needed. Once the freight rates stabilize, we will put out a 2022 price book. Hopefully by the end of March 2022.
