New Bradford White Commercial LP 96% efficient water heater, installed for local commercial kitchen to replace the older leaking AO Smith on the right. The older heater was tucked in the corner, with no access for proper service of drains or the flue pipe. The new one is set up properly for maintenance as required.

New American Standard AC system, with Trion Air Bear air cleaner, and REME HALO UV air purifier.
This is to replace the system shown below in 3rd picture. The previous Air handler was installed in a postion where it was unable to be serviced properly, leading to a system leak that ruined the 2 floors below.
This new setup will be very accessible for service and repair, and is protected by a drain blockage switch, an electronic overflow pan switch, as well as an oversized pvc drain line to ensure this will not happen again.

The oldest home in Kent, CT, built in the year 1739.
I just finished installing this Mitsubishi, Ductless, Hyper Heat minisplit, to this master bathroom. This bathroom is located on the north side of the house, over a crawlspace , with alot of glass. It was always a struggle to keep that room comfortably heated in the winter, and had some problems with humidity in the summer.
I also installed all of the antique plumbing fixtures a few years ago. It is a great feeling to have the continued trust of our customers, especially these antique and historic projects.

Before and After 😄 of a New Mitsubishi Ductless Heatpump installation just done in New Milford. This customer had electric heat with no air conditioning. They also had a propane wall unit, to help heat and off set the electric cost. With this new Mitsubishi they will be able to achieve the bulk of their heating and cooling requirements from a single unit, at the lowest utility consumption cost.

Most people don't realize the level of electrical, and mechanical, troubleshooting skills required to be able to diagnose and repair these systems.
