New York Cheesecake - Don’t Lose This Recipe 😋
Ingredients
5 large eggs, room temperature
2 cups (one pint) sour cream, room temperature
4 8-ounce packages cream cheese, room temperature
8 tablespoons (one stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
Directions
Generously butter the inside of a 10-inch springform pan. Wrap a double layer of heavy-duty aluminum foil tightly around the outside bottom and sides, crimping and pleating the foil to make it conform to the pan. This will help to prevent water seeping into the pan when you put it into the bain-marie. Position the baking rack in the center of the oven; preheat the oven to 300* Fahrenheit.
In a large mixing bowl, using an electric mixer, beat the eggs with the sour cream until well blended.
In a medium-sized bowl, beat the cream cheese with the butter until smooth and creamy. Add this to the egg-sour cream mixture and beat until smooth.
Add the sugar, cornstarch, vanilla, lemon juice and lemon zest and beat thoroughly, about 2 minutes.
Pour into the prepared springform pan and place in a roasting pan (or other pan) large enough to prevent the sides from touching. Place in the oven and carefully pour in enough very hot tap water to reach halfway up the sides of the springform pan.
Bake for 2 hours, 15 minutes, or until the cake is very lightly colored and a knife inserted in the center emerges clean. Remove from the water bath and carefully peel the aluminum foil from around the pan. Let stand at room temperature until completely cool, about 4 hours. Refrigerate, covered, until well chilled. For best flavor and texture, this cheesecake is best chilled overnight.

Blooming Quesadilla Ring - So Easy and Delicious!
Ingredients
for 20 servings
2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
1 onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 jalapeño, chopped
1 cup taco sauce
20 taco-size tortillas
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
3 cups shredded monterey jack cheese

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 375˚F (190˚C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, add the chicken, onion, red bell pepper, jalapeño, and taco sauce, and mix to combine. Set aside.
Cut each tortilla in half. Evenly add about 2 tablespoons each of the cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and chicken mixture to each tortilla half.
Roll the tortillas into cones, starting fro the cut edge and making sure not to push the ingredients out of the tortilla.
Place a wide mouth jar or glass in the center of the baking sheet.
Create a ring around the jar with about 13 tortilla cones. The points of the cones should be in the center, touching the jar. Sprinkle cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese over the layer. Repeat with the remaining cones to make 2 more layers, finishing with the rest of the cheddar and Monterey Jack. Remove the jar from the center of the ring.
Bake until the cheese is melted and the edges of the tortillas are crispy, 15-20 minutes.
Carefully transfer the blooming quesadilla to a serving platter. Place your dip of choice inside the ring and top with your desired garnishes. Serve immediately.

Reeses Peanut Butter 👉🏻👉🏻No Bake👈🏻👈🏻Bars

Ingredients:
1 cup butter (melted)
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (11.5 oz) bag milk chocolate chips + 2 tablespoons of peanut butter

Instructions:
1. Combine the first 6 ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Stir until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
2. Pour peanut butter mixture into a greased 9 x 13 pan.
3. Melt chocolate chips & the 2 tablespoons of peanut butter in the microwave (at 50% power) for 1-2 minutes. Stir chocolate/peanut butter mixture until smooth and pour over the peanut butter mixture in the pan. Spread with a spatula.
4. Put bars in fridge for at least one hour to set. Cut bars once cooled.

CINNAMON BREAD
No kneading, you just mix it up and bake it 🙂
Batter:
1 cup butter, softened
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 cups buttermilk or homemade buttermilk--- 2 cups milk plus 2 tablespoons vinegar or
lemon juice
4 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
Cinnamon/sugar mixture:
2/3 cups sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Cream together butter, 2 cups of sugar, and eggs. Add milk, flour, and baking soda. Put 1/2 of batter (or a little less) into greased loaf pans (1/4 in each pan). Mix in separate
bowl the 2/3 c sugar and cinnamon.
Sprinkle 3/4 of cinnamon mixture on top of the 1/2 batter in each pan. Add remaining batter to pans; sprinkle with last of cinnamon topping. Swirl with a knife. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 min. or until toothpick tester come clean. Cool in pan for 20 minutes before removing from pan. Makes 2 loaves

The Best Banana Pudding Ever
Ingredients
2 boxes Vanilla Wafers
6 to 8 bananas, sliced
2 cups milk
1 (5 oz.) box French Vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (12 oz.) container frozen whipped topping thawed, or equal amount sweetened whipped cream
Instructions
Line the bottom of a 13×9 inch inch dish with 1 bag of cookies and layer bananas on top.
In a bowl, combine the milk and pudding mix and blend well using a handheld electric mixer.
Using another bowl, combine the cream cheese and condensed milk together and mix until smooth.
Fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture.
Add the cream cheese mixture to the pudding mixture and stir until well blended.
Pour the mixture over the cookies and bananas and cover with the remaining cookies.
Refrigerate until ready to serve!

Chicken tenders with mac&cheese and some biscuits

*Ingredients:

+For chicken tenders:

°2 pounds of debone and leather chicken breasts

°2 cups buttermilk

°2 cups flour for all purposes

°1 teaspoon paprika

°1 teaspoon salt

°1 teaspoon black pepper

°1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

°1/2 teaspoon onion powder

°1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

°Vegetable Oil for Frying

+For Mac & Cheese:

°1 pound elbow pasta

°4 tbsp butter

°4 tablespoons flour for all purposes

°4 milk cups

°8 oz grated cheddar cheese

°4 ounces Monterey cheese jack grated

°Salt and pepper to taste

+Biscuits:

°2 cups flour for all purposes

°1 tbsp baking powder

°1 teaspoon salt

°6 tbsp unsalted cold butter, cut into small pieces

°1 cup milk

*Methods:
For chicken tenders, cut the chicken breasts into 1 inch strips. Place the chicken strips in a shallow dish and pour the yogurt over them. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

In a shallow dish, mix the flour, paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and chili pepper.

Heat about 2 inches of vegetable oil in a large heavy-bottomed saucepan over medium-high heat until it reaches 375 ° F (190 ° C).

Dip the chicken strips into the flour mixture, cover evenly on both sides.

Place the carefully coated chicken in hot oil and fry for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crisp.

Remove fried chicken from oil and drain on paper towel

Ingredients :

°1 package of lasagna

°400 g ground beef

°1 yellow onion

°1 can 400 g crushed tomatoes

°1 carrots and corn

°1 Pot of beef broth

°50cl bechamel

°75 g grated Emmental cheese

°1 C. olive oil

°1 pinch grated nutmeg

°Sel

°Pepper

°black beans

*PREPARATION:



1.
Start the lasagna by preparing the bolognese sauce. In the pan, heat the olive oil. Brown the ground beef for 10 minutes with the onion and carrot corn, peeled and finely chopped. Season with salt and pepper. Add the crushed tomatoes and beef broth. Simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes, stirring regularly.

Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180 °C (th. 6). Spread a tablespoon of béchamel on the bottom of a gratin dish. Cover with a first layer of lasagna leaves. Cover with the bolognese sauce then add a new layer of lasagna leaves an béchamel & black beans. Repeat until you reach the top of the gratin dish. Finish with a layer of lasagna sheets topped with béchamel. Cover with grated cheese.



3.
Cook your lasagna for 30 minutes. Check the pasta with a knife.

Grandma's Peach Cobbler🍑🍑
Ingredients:
2 cups fresh sliced or canned (drained) peaches
1 cup Bisquick All Purpose Mix
1 cup of milk
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup of sugar
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In an 8 x 8 baking dish, stir in Bisquick mix, milk, nutmeg and cinnamon together until mixed well. Stir in melted butter. In a medium mixing bow, stir sugar and peaches. Spoon over cobble crust. Bake for 1 hour or until crust is a golden brown. Serve warm and Enjoy! Great with a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream too!

Chicken Bacon Ranch Tater Tot Casserole
Ingredients
6 slices of cooked bacon or you can use microwave bacon
4 cooked and shredded chicken breasts
32 oz. bag of frozen tater tots
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1 cup milk
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
3 tbsp butter
1 1/2 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Cook chicken in a separate pan until done. Let chicken cool a few minutes and shred with a mixer.
Using a small saucepan, melt butter on low heat, whisk in flour and add salt and pepper to taste.
Whisk the milk in the saucepan mixture slowly pouring a little bit at a time. Mix until you get a creamy consistency and add in ranch dressing and mix.
Spray a 9×13 baking dish and add a layer of chicken, then sauce, then half of cheese, then tater tots and cook for 20 minutes uncovered.
Crumble cooked bacon while waiting for the casserole to cook and set aside.
Make sure the tater tots are a golden color and crispy and then top the casserole with the remaining cheese and crumbled bacon. Bake for another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Take out of the oven and let cool for a few minutes and then enjoy!

Honey cheesecake 😋

* Ingredients :

+Breadcrumb
°2 cups crushed Nilla wafers
°5 tablespoons melted butter
°1 tsp cinnamon
°1 tsp vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350. Mix the ingredients well and squeeze into the bottom and 1 side up the pan (I use a spring mold for just about anything I cook, but definitely cheese cakes). Bake for 5 minutes then sit on the side.

+Cheese filling

°24 oz cream cheese, softened (the softer the cream cheese, the smoother the dough, so I’ll sometimes microwave mine on the defrost °for a few minutes)
°4 large eggs
°3/4 cup sugar
°1 tsp vanilla
°1 cup light brown sugar
°1 tsp cinnamon

Beat cream cheese on low medium speed until soft. Add one egg at a time, stirring until incorporated between each egg. Combine the sugar and vanilla. Beat until all the ingredients are well mixed, scraping the sides of the bowl frequently. Pour the batter over the crust. In other bowl, combine the brown sugar & cinnamon. Sprinkle this mixture on top of the cake batter and stir with a fork until the sugar is mixed with the batter. Bake at 350 for one hour. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake in the oven for another 30 minutes. Once the cheesecake is out of the oven, run a knife around the edge (between the cake and the pan).

+Ice filling
°2 cups icing sugar
°1/3 cup milk
°1 tsp vanilla

Mix ingredients and pour over cheesecake as soon as it comes out of the oven. Refrigerate the cheesecake without covering it for at least 6 hours.

Turtle Caramel Cake!!!

*Ingredients

°1 package (18.25 oz) German chocolate cake mix without pudding
°14 oz individually wrapped caramel
°1/2 cup evaporated milk
°3/4 cup butter
°1 c chocolate chips
°1 c chop pecans
°2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate
°2 tablespoons butter
°2 tablespoons corn syrup
°1 teaspoon vanilla
°1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
°3 tablespoons milk

*Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°F, lightly grease one 9x13-inch skillet.
Prepare cake batter according to package directions and pour half of the batter into the prepared pan. Baking at 350 degrees F for 15 min.
In saucepan, melt caramel, 34 cups of butter or margarine, and evaporated milk, pour over a baked cake. Sprinkle chocolate chips and chopped walnuts over the caramel mixture. Pour the remainder of the cake mixture over the top and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees F.
