Honored and thrilled to be in the Summer Issue of New Orleans Homes and Lifestyles. As much as I love my name splashed across the magazine I cannot ignore my incredible team that worked so hard to make this project a success. A big thank you to our fabulous client Cherie Thompson who has a fearless vision, our senior designer and project manager, Sarah Allee-Walsh with her impeccable attention to detail, our logistics manager, Ericka Moreira who keeps everything and us on track, Javier Reyes, our contractor who never says no and comes up with thoughtful solutions.

The feature looks fabulous only because of Sara Essex Bradley’s expert photography eye and styled to perfection by AD Pro 2026 Stylist Margaret Zainey Roux. A big thank you to NOHL to feature our project and Misty Milioto for her beautiful writing.

Attic Makeover:
Turning an attic into a fabulous space can be difficult given the weird angles, head heights and cramped spaces. With some clever ideas were able to turn this attic into a romantic modern bedroom with a renovated bathroom to create a true oasis.

Developed in the 1800 Esplanade Ridge and Bayou Road are one of the oldest communities in New Orleans. The PRC spring tour will have six beautiful homes open for you to walk through and experience this historic time in our city. We designed 1914 Esplanade also called the Tete house and it is the last house that Henry Howard designed. It features a dramatic staircase, beautiful arches medallions and exquisite architectural details. We were able to honor the history of the home and worked not only to restore it but also add color and texture to reflect our clients love for the art and artifacts.

Come join us in celebrating this beautiful community and the PRC‘s mission in preserving historic communities and homes in New Orleans.

The shift from conventional office setup to dynamic workspace for realtors to connect and thrive is noteworthy. Particularly proud of this project, ASID silver award winner for small commercial spaces.

Sneak peek to our project on Esplanade Avenue, which will be featured in the PRC‘s Esplanade spring tour May 9 and 10th.
This is also Mother’s Day weekend - a perfect day to take your mom out on a beautiful tour of homes in the Esplanade Ridge area.
This home has been a labor of love for two years where we took everything apart and put her back together- a beauty to rejoice.
