Major transformation on this project! We replaced their old flat deck roof with a modern mansard-style enclosure featuring 8 corner braces for added strength. Installed 7” super gutters along the fascia with 2 downspouts for proper drainage, and reinforced the entire structure with 6 hurricane cables and stainless steel fasteners throughout.

During the rebuild, we also discovered a rotted post supporting their lentil, which we replaced with a new 4x4 aluminum post — restoring full integrity and stability to the frame.

Like many small business owners, we wear a lot of hats. We spend countless hours meeting with homeowners, coordinating engineering and permitting, answering calls and emails, and working to make every project a success. While we love what we do, we also believe that taking time to unplug and be present with our family is important.
