The older condo that we remodeled both the hall (shown here). And the master bathroom. It sure looks better than the 1960's look.

A remodel on a 1924 bathroom off of Faulkner St.
Move the plumbing and the electric to make a more useful floor plan
This remodel did not have that window in the old layout.
The four inch drain line for the upstairs had to be moved to another wall.

A condo remodel where the was a vanity and is now the location of a shower.
It took a bit work but now it is a full bath versus a half bath.
