Removing old mortar from walls being parged and painted to bring back the original stone work. We are using a white mortar now between the stone work for the joints.

After this phase we will be digging for footers to pour concrete footers for our support beams that we will be installing.

Barn addition torn down , and cleaned up. We are going to turn the original part of the barn into a house, so we got rid of the newer addition that was falling apart, the original barn is in a lot better condition than the newer addition was.

Brick walls cleaned and painted. Signs installed on both sides.

Tore out toilet , tub, and all tile. When we took the tile off the floor there was no dura rock , it was 1/2 plywood over 3/4 sub floor . We are tearing out the 1/2 and putting down dura rock and installing new tile, installing new 32x60 shower pan and installing tile all the way to the ceiling inside the shower area. More pics to come tomorrow morning. It was a great start to a great monday
