These gooey S’mores Bars have a buttery graham cracker crust, layers of melty Hershey’s chocolate, and toasted marshmallows on top. They taste just like the classic summer treat but can be enjoyed year-round — no campfire required!
⏱️ Total Time: 25 minutes
🍽️ Servings: 16
📝 Ingredients:
• 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
• 8–12 Tbsp butter, melted
• ½ cup powdered sugar
• 4 Hershey’s chocolate bars (4.4 oz each)
• 1 package mini marshmallows
👩‍🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13 pan with non-stick spray.
2️⃣ Mix graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and melted butter until it resembles wet sand. Press firmly into the bottom of the pan.
3️⃣ Bake for 5–8 minutes until the edges are lightly golden. Let cool.
4️⃣ Lay Hershey’s chocolate bars over the crust to cover completely. Bake 3 minutes until chocolate starts to melt and shine.
5️⃣ Remove from oven and let cool 1–2 minutes.
6️⃣ Cover the chocolate layer completely with mini marshmallows.
7️⃣ Switch oven to broil. Watch carefully and broil for about 2 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown (do not walk away — they burn fast!).
8️⃣ Cool completely (refrigerate to set faster). Cut into squares and serve.

Crust:
• 9 graham cracker sheets (1 sleeve)

Filling:

• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1 tsp lemon juice
Topping:
• 21 oz cherry pie filling

The Move (Super Easy!):

Make the crust: Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and sugar. Press firmly into a 9x13 dish or springform pan. Chill while preparing filling.

• 1 tsp dried basil
For the Pasta:
• 2 Tbsp olive oil
• 12 oz penne pasta
For the Creamy Sauce:
• 2 Tbsp butter
• 1 cup heavy cream
• ½ cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
• 2 Tbsp fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Add ground beef and cook until browned.
Pour in wine, simmer until reduced. Add tomatoes, Worcestershire, Italian seasoning, and sugar. Simmer 15 minutes.
Cook pasta until al dente. Reserve 1 cup pasta water.
Stir milk into sauce. Toss with pasta, adding pasta water if needed. Garnish with Parmesan and herbs.

1. Classic Fudgy Brownies

Ingredients:

* 1/2 cup (115g) butter
* 1 cup (200g) dark chocolate
* 3/4 cup sugar
* 2 eggs
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 1/2 cup flour
* 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Melt butter and chocolate together. Add sugar and mix well. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Fold in flour and salt. Pour into greased pan. Bake 20–25 minutes. Cool before cutting.

Here are 4 refreshing no-bake (or minimal bake) desserts that are perfect for summer. From fruity sago puddings to rich crème brûlée and mini cheesecakes — these are sure to impress!

1️⃣ Honeydew Sago
Ingredients:
• 1 small honeydew
• 400 g coconut milk (1 can)
• 50 g granulated sugar
• 200 g tapioca pearls
Instructions:

Cut the honeydew in half. Scoop out balls from one half and set aside. Add the rest to a blender.
Cut the other half into chunks and blend with coconut milk and sugar until smooth. Chill in the fridge.
Boil tapioca pearls for 10 minutes, then cover and let sit for another 10 minutes until translucent.
Rinse with cold water and add to the chilled honeydew milk.
Serve cold with honeydew balls on top.

2️⃣ Eggnog Crème Brûlée
Ingredients:
• 250 g whipping cream
• 200 g eggnog
• 3 large egg yolks
• 60 g granulated sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• ½ tsp ground nutmeg
• ¼ tsp salt
• 40 g granulated sugar (for topping)
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 325°F. Place ramekins in a deep baking tray.
Heat cream and eggnog until simmering.
Whisk egg yolks, sugar, vanilla, nutmeg, and salt. Temper with hot cream.
Pour into ramekins. Add hot water to tray halfway up ramekins.
Bake 28–30 minutes until set but jiggly in center. Chill 4+ hours.

Ingredients:
• 600 g fresh strawberries, finely diced
• 400 g coconut milk
• 50 g granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
• 150 g small tapioca pearls
• 225 g coconut jellies (nata de coco), drained
Instructions:

Blend half the strawberries with coconut milk and sugar until smooth. Chill.
Cook tapioca pearls: boil 10 minutes, cover and steam 10 minutes until translucent. Rinse.
Mix remaining strawberries, coconut jellies, and tapioca pearls into the strawberry coconut milk.
Serve cold.

4️⃣ Mini Biscoff Cheesecakes
Crust:
• 165 g Biscoff cookies
• 80 g unsalted butter, melted
Cheesecake:
• 200 g whipping cream
• 500 g cream cheese, softened
• 100 g Greek yogurt
• 100 g powdered sugar
• 100 g Biscoff spread, warmed
Toppings:
• 200 g whipping cream + powdered sugar + vanilla
• Extra Biscoff spread
• Biscoff cookies
Instructions:

Crush cookies and mix with melted butter. Press into muffin liners. Chill.
Whip cream to stiff peaks. Beat cream cheese, yogurt, and sugar until smooth. Mix in Biscoff spread. Fold in whipped cream.
Fill liners and chill overnight.
Top with whipped cream, runny Biscoff spread, and a cookie.
