🍫🍪 S’mores Bars — All the Campfire Flavor Without the Fire! 😍
These gooey S’mores Bars have a buttery graham cracker crust, layers of melty Hershey’s chocolate, and toasted marshmallows on top. They taste just like the classic summer treat but can be enjoyed year-round — no campfire required!
⏱️ Total Time: 25 minutes
🍽️ Servings: 16
📝 Ingredients:
• 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
• 8–12 Tbsp butter, melted
• ½ cup powdered sugar
• 4 Hershey’s chocolate bars (4.4 oz each)
• 1 package mini marshmallows
👩🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13 pan with non-stick spray.
2️⃣ Mix graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and melted butter until it resembles wet sand. Press firmly into the bottom of the pan.
3️⃣ Bake for 5–8 minutes until the edges are lightly golden. Let cool.
4️⃣ Lay Hershey’s chocolate bars over the crust to cover completely. Bake 3 minutes until chocolate starts to melt and shine.
5️⃣ Remove from oven and let cool 1–2 minutes.
6️⃣ Cover the chocolate layer completely with mini marshmallows.
7️⃣ Switch oven to broil. Watch carefully and broil for about 2 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown (do not walk away — they burn fast!).
8️⃣ Cool completely (refrigerate to set faster). Cut into squares and serve.
