🍎🍯✨ HIGH-PROTEIN APPLE OAT BARS
soft, chewy, and packed with protein
a healthy homemade snack perfect for any time of day
Ingredients:
1 cup Greek yogurt
2 eggs
2 tbsp honey
1 cup oat flour
1 apple, finely diced
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
Procedure:
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
Mix Greek yogurt, eggs, and honey until smooth.
Add oat flour, cinnamon, and baking powder.
Fold in diced apple.
Spread the batter into a parchment-lined square pan.
Bake for 22–25 minutes until golden.
Allow to cool completely before slicing into bars.
Tip:
For extra flavor, sprinkle cinnamon on top before baking.
Chill before slicing for a firmer texture.
