Delicious Lemon Mousse Cake

INGREDIENTS: 1 cup (tea) of oil
1 cup (tea) of milk
4 eggs
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
2 cups (tea) of sugar
3 cups (tea) of wheat flour
1 tablespoon of baking powder
Margarine and wheat flour for greasing
Zest of 1 lemon for sprinkling

Topping: 1 can of condensed milk
5 tablespoons of butter
1/3 cup (tea) of lemon juice Blend oil, milk, eggs, lemon juice and sugar in a blender.

Transfer to a bowl, mix in flour, baking powder and lemon zest. Place in a greased 35 x 25 cm pan and bake for about 40 minutes.

For the topping, mix condensed milk, butter, lemon juice and refrigerate.

After the cake is baked and unmolded, cover it with the mixture, finish with lemon zest, and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.

Ingredients:
• 2 boxes (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding mix 🍮
• 3 cups cold milk 🥛
• 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk 🥫
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened 🧀
• 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed 🍦
• 4-5 ripe bananas, sliced 🍌
• 2 boxes Nilla Wafers (vanilla wafer cookies) 🍪 about 22 oz total
• Extra crushed Nilla Wafers for topping 🍪
Instructions:
1.Make the pudding cream 🥣
Beat cream cheese 🧀 until smooth. Add condensed milk 🥫 and mix. In another bowl, whisk pudding mix 🍮 + cold milk 🥛 for 2 mins until thick. Combine both mixes, then fold in whipped topping 🍦. This is your magic cream!
2. Layer in Bundt pan 🌀
Spray a Bundt pan lightly with non-stick spray. Start with a layer of whole Nilla Wafers 🍪 standing up around the sides and bottom (like in the pic). Add a layer of banana slices 🍌, then a layer of pudding cream.
Repeat: cookies → bananas → cream until the pan is full. End with cookies on top.
3. Chill it ❄️
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 4 hours, or overnight. This lets it set perfectly.
4. Flip & decorate ✨
Carefully flip the cake onto a plate. Drizzle extra pudding cream (or melted white chocolate) all over the top so it drips down. Sprinkle crushed Nilla Wafers 🍪 on top for that crunchy finish.
