Just finished a grind & clear seal on this 2000ft2 concrete basement floor - new construction, Warwick, NY.

Poured slabs are power-troweled by the builder, creating a hard, dark grey “cap”.
Grinding-off this cap took several days.

Several passes later: a nice aggregate revealed, semi-polished.
