Designed with the same precision and exacting detail that defines its adjoining kitchen, this dining space reflects a restrained approach to luxury interior design. Meticulously crafted stone cabinetry provides integrated storage while creating a strong architectural presence, balancing beauty and function with effortless entertaining.

Throughout this Miami Beach residential renovation, the palette of natural stone, wood, and glass draws inspiration from the sand, limestone, and sun-bleached life beyond its walls. Rift white oak and Taj Mahal quartzite bring warmth, texture, and timeless style.

We are thrilled to announce that Meshberg Group has received ASID Florida South Design Excellence Awards in two interior design categories for our team’s design of AMLI Wynwood.

The lobby, amenity lounge, and model apartment reflect a design concept that captures the energy of Wynwood’s vibrant creative culture through a more refined and elevated residential experience. The transition from the street marks a distinct shift in tone, moving from the neighborhood’s vivid rhythm into an atmosphere defined by material richness, layered texture, and contemporary sophistication.

Concrete, steel, dichroic accents, and warm wood tones shape the material palette, balanced by precise detailing and a strong sense of continuity throughout the interiors. Custom millwork, curated furnishings, and an integrated approach to ceilings and flooring reinforce the architectural language while creating moments of depth and craftsmanship.

Rather than replicate Wynwood’s visual intensity, the design reframes it, distilling the neighborhood’s character into a spatial experience that feels expressive, immersive, and distinctly modern.

At MG designed AMLI Wynwood, the open-air lounge, outdoor spaces, and pool are fully decked out for Miami-style entertaining. BBQ stations, ping pong tables, and welcoming gathering spaces set the scene for a full weekend of grilling, lounging, and effortless hangouts, while custom lighting carries the mood from day to night in this urban oasis.

Minimal, but far from basic. Designed for a client who cooks daily but wants zero clutter, this kitchen is an exercise in discipline. Everything is integrated, concealed, and precisely placed. It is a study in refined restraint and true luxury, where high performance is balanced with an uncompromising clean aesthetic and exceptional materials. Every element is thoughtfully considered, storage is seamless, and surfaces remain uninterrupted.

In a space this pared back, the details carry the weight. Rift white oak, champagne metal accents, and leathered Taj Mahal quartzite bring richness and depth, while line-cut Taj Mahal quartzite wraps seamlessly onto the cabinet faces. Back-painted glass upper cabinetry with Aventos hinges and fully integrated appliances from Sub-Zero and Gaggenau ensure everything is within reach, but never in view, with fixtures from Kallista and Kohler maintaining a refined, understated presence. Flush outlets, hidden coffee bar, an integrated glass vent hood, and custom storage throughout reinforce the clean visual language.

Amenities should be so good they inspire single-family residential design.

Our team designed this Flex Maker Space for creatives and hobbyists, as a place to make, gather, and unwind. Everything you could want is here, from a design-forward project table with comfortable task chairs to a peg tool wall, cork pin wall, turntables, a custom music wall, and a distinctive curved soundproof ceiling for optimal listening.

Warm, sophisticated, and highly functional, the room is built around choice. Residents can use it for a craft class, a creative project, a casual meeting, or an inspiring moment with music and a view. It is cool, considered, and genuinely desirable. An amenity that feels less like a bonus and more like a room you wish you had at home.

Install day in L.A. From FF&E workplace furnishings installation to artwork selection and coordination, we were proud to help shape the creative environment at East End Studios Mission Campus in Downtown Los Angeles.

The 256,000-square-foot campus sets a new benchmark for production infrastructure, with five 42-foot-clear soundstages totaling 108,150 square feet, complemented by 105,000 square feet of production, office, and support space designed to meet the evolving needs of today’s film and media industry.

We are also honored to have contributed to East End Studios’ 340,000-square-foot production campus in Queens, New York.
