Seeking an Estimator for Cabinet shop

Advanced Custom Interiors needs an Estimator with experience in architectural millwork. The candidate should have the ability to deal with deadlines, create several estimates simultaneously and be a team player.The ideal candidate is experienced professional who already has skills and Superior knowledge of carpentry methods and techniques.Must Have Ability to read, interpret, and understand architectural drawings/ prints and specification documents.

QUALIFICATIONS-
-Review drawings and specifications to determine the scope of work and prepare/document requests for information
-Prepare bid takeoffs, write scope and detail exclusions and clarifications
-Estimate (bid) job costs accurately
-Source needed product to fulfill job requirements including researching costs, lead-times and availability
- Continuously establish new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients
-Follow up on bids results to monitor our pricing compared to our competitors
-Generate new leads through construction data information, marketing, sales calls and through existing relationships
- Maintain communication with customers and ensure that everything is being taken care of
- Bilingual (English-Spanish is a plus)

but is still willing to learn, and is willing to build a long term relationship with a rapidly growing business.They must possess carpentry skills as a foreman and be able to coordinate,and direct.We specialize in CUSTOM made closets, kitchens, baths,doors,stairs etc.
Additionally, the candidate must possess diplomacy, smoothness, and excellent social skills. They must be reliable and possess great attention to detail in completing their duties.Pay will be determined by experience level.

Únase a nuestro taller de ebanistería que trabaja con clientes de alto nivel, proyectos desafiantes que se especializan en proyectos personalizados en toda la ciudad de Nueva York.

Actualmente estamos buscando:

• Ebanista / Constructor
• Cortadores / Ensambladores
• Instaladores / Ayudantes

Requerimientos:

➢ 2 años de experiencia en ebanistería.

Los carpinteros / constructores / ayudantes deben tener lo siguiente:

➢ Excelentes habilidades matemáticas
➢ Experimentar la lectura de planos / impresiones
➢ Experiencia con herramientas manuales, sierras circulares y herramientas personales
➢ Osha 40 y SST (preferido)
➢ Ser capaz de trabajar en equipo y prestar atención a los detalles.
➢ Debe poder trabajar de día y de noche, incluyendo los fines de semana.
➢ Debe ser bilingüe
