🚿 Cut out the water damaged sheetrock on this bathroom ceiling. Replaced it with new sheetrock tapped & plaster polished smooth, then primed and painted in ceiling flat white. Leak gone, ceiling looks untouched ✨📲☎️ ”

Commercial ceiling upgrade complete ✅ 🔨 Demoed the old existing drop ceiling grid, lighting, & register. Installed a new grid for bigger tiles, added updated lighting, & a bright new register. Finished off the space with fresh plaster & newly painted walls. Brighter, cleaner, & efficient 💡

Backyard tile rescue 🛠️ Ripped out the loose tiles & cracked grout, leveled the base, laid new tiles in fresh exterior thinset. Locked it all in with waterproof grout. No more cracked grout lines or loose tiles, just a solid patio ready for BBQs ☀️

Mold had to go 🦠➡️✨ Tore out the moldy sheetrock and insulation, treated and killed the mold, then rebuilt right. Installed new insulation and 5/8” mold resistant sheetrock. 100 year old porch, brought back to life 🛠️🏡
We demoed the rotted ledge beam & cracked limestone stair tread. Then rebuilt it with new pressure treated wood, trex & a fresh limestone tread 🪵. Upgraded the old rusty railings to sleek black powder coated aluminum for a clean look that lasts.🎨 Patched every column & knee wall top sill with wood filler sanded smooth, then hit it with primer & white finish enamel. The whole porch is solid, safe, and beautiful 📲
