At in St. Pete Beach, FL, we designed a boutique coastal retreat that blends Spanish-inspired detail with a modern South Beach edge. ☀️

The building is lifted on a podium, creating a sense of arrival above the street. Inside, glass-wrapped suites, exposed wood beams, and sun-washed tones of terracotta, sand, and turquoise are layered with regal accents that nod to classic Spanish architecture.
