We were proud to see our Principal & Director of Interior Design, Ximena Rodriguez, take part in the Elevate Conference in Miami, joining an engaging conversation on the future of luxury high-rise living.

Ximena shared insights on wellness, personalization, and elevated materials, highlighting projects like Rose Hill and 25 Water—the largest office-to-residential conversion to date at over 1M SF—where she contrasted how amenities are thoughtfully designed to resonate with distinct target audiences.

CetraRuddy is proud to be recognized by the Society for American Registered Architects, New York Council, for our transformative work on 25 Water Street. The project received a Design Award of Honor at the 30th Annual Design Awards.

One of the largest office-to-residential conversions in the nation, 25 Water Street reimagines a former commercial tower as vibrant, modern housing. This ambitious project brings new energy to the Financial District and sets a precedent for sustainable urban transformation.

Clarkson Estates, CAMBA Housing Ventures’ affordable and supportive housing development currently under construction in the Flatbush neighborhood of Brooklyn, was designed by our team to Passive House standards that maximize energy efficiency and thermal comfort. The building features a ductless heating and cooling system that further advances overall energy efficiency – a groundbreaking achievement for Passive House construction.

The development will provide 328 permanently affordable and supportive homes for low-income and formerly unhoused families and individuals, and feature more than 30,000 square feet of community facility space and onsite community resources to promote health and well-being.

We’re excited to share that two of our projects won Archi Awards at the 58th Annual Archi Awards for the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Long Island Chapter. CetraRuddy received the ARCHI Award for Historic Restoration / Adaptove Re-Use for the site Fotografiska in New York, NY. Fotografiska was selected as the cover of the ARCHI AIA Long Island Program.
