The kitchen is the stage of theater-in-the-round, taking center position and wrapped in a continuous, immersive bar. This is the heartbeat of the house, where the act of cooking animates everything around it.
It is the ultimate in spontaneity and conviviality. Pull up a chair alone or with a group, join us for a glass of wine, a quick snack, or a full meal. Stop by for a pre-concert bite or gather afterward to debrief over dinner. Grab a seat at the bar for the front-row experience, or take a booth—our “theater boxes.”
From simple bar fare to elegant cuisine, the menu is as flexible as the seating. Stay for twenty minutes or two hours—time and space are mutable here.

We are proud to receive the 2024 Evelyn and
Everett Ortner Award from the for Timber House. Our goal was to create a modern, innovative, sustainable, high-performance building that at the same time fits into this historic community. That we have won awards for both of those criteria is gratifying and encouraging!

Our recently completed Timber House was selected as a finalist in the Architizer A+ Awards in the category “Sustainable Multi-Unit Residential Building.” The winner will be chosen by The People. Please make your voice heard and vote! https://shorturl.at/demqt

Timber House is the first mass-timber condominium in the New York region. The six-story, fourteen-unit building comprises glue-laminated timber columns, beams and floorplates. Mass timber — large components fashioned from fast-growing standard lumber — is a renewable alternative to steel or concrete: it sequesters carbon, and softwood trees are quickly replenished.
