π Ingredients:
* 2 chicken breasts (cut into chunks)
* 3β4 small potatoes (halved)
* 2 carrots (sliced)
* 1 cup broccoli florets
* 1 onion (chunked)
* 3 tbsp olive oil
* 2 cloves garlic (minced)
* 1 tsp paprika
* 1 tsp dried herbs (Italian seasoning or thyme)
* Salt & black pepper

1. Preheat oven:
* 200Β°C (400Β°F)
2. Season everything:
* In a large bowl, mix chicken + vegetables
